I help people running businesses and organisations see what’s going on underneath, and what to start on.
Most people already know something’s wrong. What they don’t have is someone who’ll sit down, look at the whole thing properly, and say where the energy is actually going.
I’ve run things for thirty years, across half a dozen industries. They break in the same places. I know what it’s like when the work you love starts eating the life around it.

HorseSpeak is a small equine-therapy nonprofit in California. We started with post-it notes on a table and ended up with their Heart Guide – nine sections on who they are, what they believe, and what they’ll say yes and no to.
